Strangely so, there has not been any Topic regarding the Download Limits on this website. The fact that there has not been a need to explain anything from early May 2006 untill late January 2007 is good because means members were never restricted so much in order to pose questions or complain.

But, since we are also offering paid subscriptions to escalate to more daily downloads we have to clarify things and limits.

I have to point out here that we are not a profit-seeking website and, unlike most others, we DID NEVER send a single bulk mail urging you to buy ANYTHING from us. We do not see game sharing as a means to make any profit from the web and we did never ask anything regarding our forum running costs.

We will not ask you to pay for anything this time too. But if you feel like contributing to a website maintained by a person alone ( with a busy schedule too ) then here is your chance. Maintained only, because the code used here and the assistance we have got is work of a marvellous fella named Cyber : without his Arcade MOD, his assistance and advice this site might never exist.

Now, about paid subscriptions :

We dislike Lifetime Packages because we have seen some of them lasting 2 months ( the life of the site maybe ... ). We believe that no price can offer you lifetime privileges on an open system like a website or forum, where running costs have the tendency of increasing.

Download Limit Policy, updated 15 June 2011 :

In all unlimited packages ( VIP ) there will be excessive resource monitoring for shared use, if more than one users are using the same account then InvisionGames Management may :

• Restrict daily downloads to those of Private or Elite
  
• Ban the account in serious cases

Partial refunds will be provided on a per case basis, calculating not only the time window of a subscription expiry but also the bandwidth and resource usage throughout the validity and history of an account.
